Following the liquid filling operation, the capsules are transferred to the integrated band sealing system. The sealing unit applies a controlled sealing band around the junction between the capsule body and cap, providing an additional layer of protection and helping maintain capsule integrity during subsequent handling, packaging and transportation.

The sealing mechanism incorporates servo-controlled movement for precise and consistent operation. A dedicated sealing-liquid system with controlled heating and insulation helps maintain the required viscosity of the sealing material, supporting uniform band application and dependable sealing performance.

Controlled Sealing & Curing

After the sealing material is applied, the capsules are transferred through a controlled drying and curing section. The suspended drying arrangement allows the sealed capsules to remain properly positioned while the sealing material sets.

The finished capsules are subsequently discharged through an automated system, ready for downstream inspection, handling and packaging.
